GN2Studio Terms of Service

Chapter 1. General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms of Service is to define the conditions, procedures, and responsibilities for using the web services provided by GN2 Studio (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company'), including MerryTokTok, Fantasy Map Maker, World-building sharing services, and other related platforms.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- Services: All web-based content creation platforms and tools provided by the Company.
- Member: An individual who has entered into a service agreement with the Company to use the Services.
- Creative Tools: Features provided by the Company to assist in content generation, such as AI writing assistants and Fantasy Map Maker.
Chapter 2. Use of Services
Article 3 (Provision of Services)
The Company provides web novel serialization platforms, creative support tools, world-building sharing services, and other content-related digital services.
Chapter 3. Copyright and Ownership
Article 4 (Copyright of Created Content)
①All intellectual property rights and copyrights for content created by the Member—whether directly or by utilizing the Company's Creative Tools—shall belong to the Member.
② The Member grants the Company a non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, or use the posted content within the scope of the Services for the purpose of promotion, operation, and improvement.
Chapter 4. Miscellaneous
Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be held liable for any service interruptions caused by technical limitations or force majeure events beyond its reasonable control.
Governing Law
Any disputes arising from the use of the Services shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea and subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court at the Company's headquarters location.
