Members can view or correct their registered personal information at any time. You can do this directly through the [My Page -> Manage My Info] menu or contact the Privacy Manager via writing, phone, or email for immediate action.

 

8. Membership Deactivation (Withdrawal of Consent)

① Members may withdraw their consent for the collection, use, and provision of personal information at any time. You can deactivate your account directly or contact the Privacy Manager for necessary measures.

② Please note that public "posts" registered on communal bulletin boards will not be deleted upon deactivation, so please delete them beforehand if necessary.

 

9. Retention and Usage Period of Personal Information

In principle, personal information is destroyed without delay after the purpose of collection is achieved. However, the Company preserves information for certain periods if required by law:

Administrative Measures

We limit access rights to a minimum number of employees, provide regular security training, and ensure strict handover procedures for personnel changes.

13~15. Children Protection and Policy Changes

  • 13. Children Under 14: In principle, the Company does not accept membership from children under 14.

  • 15. Notification Duty: In case of policy changes, we will notify users on the website 7 days prior to implementation.
